EVE is a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMORPG) that takes place approximately 20.000 years after our times in a galaxy on the far end of the universe. When you join EVE you assume the role of a freshly graduated „Capsuleer“, a relatively small group of elite spaceship pilots capable of controlling powerful spaceships on their own from within their capsules. Capsuleers are often referred to as "The immortals" due to the fact that the highly advanced capsules they are connected to from the inside, are capable of instantly dowloading their consciousness to a clone of themselves in the case of physical destruction.

EVE-Online created by CCP hf (or Crowd Control Productions) is a video game developer based in Reykjavík. Players can choose their characters that they wish to be from four of these EVE-O playable races including: Amarr, Gallente, Caldari and Minmatar. All of these four playable races Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, and Minmatar is residing in EVE-online. All of these races are of human origin their ancestors entered this little part of the universe several thousands of years ago through a natural wormhole. Each race has their own unique characteristics or attributes attached to them. Even though all five of the playable races in the EVE World are humans in nature, but there is no way of anyone confusing one race with the other because they all look completely different. All four races of EVE possesses a distinct style and specialty. Always remember before choosing your own race in EVE is that there are no classes - there are only bloodlines and no race is superior to another.
